For cancellation you need to write to us on our mail id email@example.com or chat support with Order details to process cancellation.
In case the order has been dispatched then it cannot be cancelled by customer support. In such case you are advised not to accept the order from delivery person and it will get automatically cancelled.
The order is eligible for return only till 07 (seven) days from the date it is delivered. After seven days the request for return will not be accepted. Please note that the product should be unused and in original condition with all tags, box and any gift items with it. Return may take upto 10 days to reach the original destination as logistics is handled by third party.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Refund will be approved only if the product is in original condition and unused. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 48 working hours of the package received by us. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
In case of COD orders please provide your bank details with return request to provide refund.
We do not have exchange facility. In case you want to exchange then we will request you to return the order and take refund. And place a new purchase for what you want.

Before dispatch all our products go through quality check to make sure you receive product without any issues. But still, we request you to please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, on our mail id firstname.lastname@example.org or chat support with Order details. We will be happy to solve and make it right to make you happy.
